· Chicken Marsala Note: the above are only suggested entrees, substitutions for any of the items may be available. Vegetarian entrees available with advance notice. All of the entrees come with salad service, vegetable, and rice pilaf/ roasted potato. Coffee/tea service also included. The price per person is $18.00. State sales tax and 20% gratuity is additional. When selecting from this menu, a pre-order must be given 72 hours prior to your event with the number of each entrée item to be served. They include hot/cold hors d’oeuvres, custom cakes, floral arrangement/centerpieces, balloons, beverage table, and many other extras can be added to personalize your event.Beverage service and dessert are not included in any of the listed packages.
